HOW TO ENGAGE OUR SERVICES
INITIAL STEP – BOOK AN INITIAL CONSULTATION
The purpose of this consultation is to determine which options are most appropriate for your situation. Such a consultation can be conducted via emails (preferred), over the phone or internet (Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram). A consultation over email involves a maximum of three email exchanges and we will respond within 2 business days; a consultation over the phone or internet is up to a maximum of 30 minutes. You will be able to chose a convenient time on the booking page. Cost of consultations are from AU$210.00.
After the consultation you will receive a brief report by email. We will suggest the most likely visa options based on your situation and indicate which extra information (if any) will likely be required to determine you options. The report may also recommend steps required for increasing your chances for obtaining an Australian visa. We may also provide links to relevant resources when required.
Please note that after the Initial Consultation, any further communications between you and us will require setting up a Service Agreement (see below).
ENGAGING OUR SERVICES
If you decide to engage our services, we will provide you with the Service Agreement. The Service Agreement describes our services and the costs of services based on the complexity of the case. Payments could be made in instalments when applicable.
If an Initial Consultation has been provided, its costs will be deducted from the total cost of our services.
There are two options for you to consider:
• We can represent you and communicate on your behalf with relevant authorities and visa processing offices, including preparing documents and submitting the visa application. The services can include a skill assessment, nomination application, and a visa application if required.
• We can prepare a written ‘Do it Yourself’ kit with a detailed description of the actions required in your circumstances.
Each visa type requires different accompanying documents and has different processing times. Costs of our services depend on the visa type.
